All refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, visa authorities, and other service providers involved in your booking. Wander Nova Tourism acts as a facilitator and cannot override third-party refund rules.
If a customer requests cancellation, applicable cancellation charges will be deducted as per supplier policies. The remaining refundable amount, if any, will be processed after confirmation from the service provider.
Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority. Wander Nova Tourism is not responsible for visa delays or rejections, and visa-related fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 working days after receipt of confirmation from the airline, hotel, or service provider. Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking. Cash refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
In certain cases, only a partial refund may be applicable due to penalties, service charges, or non-refundable components of the booking.
No refunds will be provided in case of no-show, early departure, or unused services once the trip has commenced.
